You're doing so much for them. This is for you.

You've been giving everything to your child. Let's start with you.

Parenting a child with big needs means constantly pouring in. Somewhere in all that giving, you disappeared a little. This is where we bring you back — alongside a plan that works for your child, too.

Hi, I'm Lauren.

I'm not a parent of a child with autism myself. But autism has been part of my life for over a decade as a special education teacher and years since as a BCBA, sitting alongside hundreds of families in their hardest, most exhausting moments.

I've watched something happen over and over: parents pouring everything they have into their child's progress, until there's nothing left for themselves. No one ever asks how they're doing. Just how the IEP went. How the plan is working.

That's why I built Willow Behavior — for the parent who's doing everything right and still running on empty. Every session starts with you, not the plan, because you can't pour into your child from an empty cup.

You don't have to figure this out alone.
